(13 half hour episodes; CBC Documentary Channel, Crossroads Television) A Priest, A Monk and A Rabbi reveals the joys, pains, struggles, convictions, discriminations, accomplishments and the failings of six men of faith. It follows a Jewish Rabbi, a Muslim Imam, a Catholic Priest, an Evangelical Pastor, a Buddhist Sensei and an Alliance Church Youth Pastor into the heart, sole and spirit of religious life.
Produced as a component of AGLC Smart Training programs, this 20 minute video was developed to train security personnel in licensed premises. Pro-tect's goal is to improve security personnel's observation and communication skills, and to prepare them better to prevent, defuse and manage customer disturbances.
For the past 3 years the Idea Factory has produced upwards of 45 video vignettes profiling the finalists and recipients of the Alberta Science and Technology Awards. We managed all aspects of production, from initial contact of each of the recipients (to learn of their accomplishments and schedule video shoots), to directing all location shoots, and editing and packaging of the vignettes.
With many business opportunities available to companies servicing the Department of National Defence bases in Cold Lake, Wainright and Suffield, the Economic Development Alliances in those regions contracted the Idea Factory to produce a 20-minute video to instruct and inform the many businesses on those opportunities. Footage was gathered at the DND bases and interviews were conducted with key military and purchasing personnel.
Produced for Mammoet Canada, the video documents the move of four gargantuan hydrocracker cokers from manufacturing yards in south Edmonton to the CNRL Horizon site north of Fort McMurray. This video effectively showcased the company's expertise, and hundreds of DVD copies were distributed to Mammoet customers, suppliers and regional offices.
Supreme Steel-Saskatoon recognized the value in having a well created video produced and distributed as part of a bid package to BHP Billiton, and BHP's planned multi-billion dollar potash mine to be built in eastern Saskatchewan. The 5 minute video highlights Supreme's accomplishments and establishes them as a reliable construction partner.
The world's largest mall employs over 1300 people and has established the Over the Top program for customer service excellence. To introduce new employees to the program this energetic video features numerous WEM staff and a unique delivery of the message.
As part of United Way's annual fund raising campaign, this video was produced to encourage and promote participation in local fund raising initiatives. With the success of the video, the United Way Edmonton chapter received many requests and allowed many other chapters across Canada to use this same video in their campaigns.
